Refund policy

              Unopened Products

• Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery.
• Product must be unopened, unused, and in it's original packaging.
• Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.                                                                                                                                                Opened or Used Products
• Due to the nature of our body care products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on opened or used items.                                                                                                                      Damaged or Incorrect Orders
• If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery.
• Include your order number and photos of the item and packaging.

  If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your eligible return, we'll notify you if your refund has been approved.  Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Due to the nature of our body care products, opened or used items are not eligible for return or refund.  If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us at hello@feminineopulence.com within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right.
